Returns & Refunds
For any return or refund, simply contact our support team at morksupportteam@gmail.com with your order number, and our team will assist you.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at morksupportteam@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review the problem and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Cancellations
